On 21-22 February 2020, Mr. Oleg N. Avdeev, Consul General of the Russian Federation in Chennai, took part in the “Diplomatic Outreach” program, organized for the diplomatic and consular missions by the Ministry of External Affairs of India jointly with Tamil Nadu Government to promote economic potential of the state and investment opportunities herein.

Within the ambit of the event, the guests visited the export-oriented industrial cluster “Mahindra World City” and also “SIPCOT IT Park”.
